Cancellation, Deposit & Refund Policy

At AltaMira Agency, we truly appreciate your business and the time you invest with us. We are dedicated to delivering efficient and dependable notary services that meet your needs. To facilitate seamless operations and serve all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation, refund, and deposit policy. We thank you for your understanding and support as we collaborate.
Notification of Cancellation
Our cancellation policy states that if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services.

No-Show
Our no-show policy is designed to ensure fairness for all our clients. If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit for that appointment will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to deliver the best service possible. Thank you for your support!

Appointment Deposit
A deposit of $25 is required to secure your desired time slot when scheduling your appointment. Upon completion, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your notary service. You can pay the deposit when booking your service, and the appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Refund Eligibility
Please note that all notary services provided may not be eligible for a refund, due to the nature of these services. This includes but not limited to completed notarizations or notary acts that have already been executed and finalized. Refunds will only be considered for payments made in advance for notary services that have not yet been rendered. Thank you for your understanding.

Refundable Circumstances

Appointment Cancellation: To receive a refund for any payment made in advance (excluding the non-refundable deposit), please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. If you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be eligible for refund.

Service Unavailability: In the event that we are unable to fulfill the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or an issue on our part, a full refund will be issued, including the non-refundable deposit.
